We are at your service in English as well.

Disputes

We provide assistance for all organizations involved in public procurement in the resolution of disputes. A quick and cost-effective way is through preliminary dispute resolution, whereby contracting authorities and bidders can resolve conflicts directly between themselves. If this fails, we are also ready to represent our clients before the Public Procurement Arbitration Committee, if requested.
